Enviz

This one is not a side project. Enviz is the company I co-founded, and it is what I do all day.

The problem

Most people cannot read a floor plan. They nod, they sign, and then they stand in the finished frame and say “I thought this room was bigger.” By then the change costs real money, and the builder wears it.

Enviz closes that gap. A builder uploads the 3D model they already have — or just the floor plan PDF — and their client walks through the home as if it were already standing. On a phone on the couch, or in a headset in the sales office.

Why builders use it

• Design sign-off that holds. Clients see the problem in the walkthrough, not on site.
• A display home for every design. Without building every design.
• Selling before it stands. Enviz’s own site puts one customer’s result plainly: $60M sold off-plan. Zero display suites.

It is not a scan of a real place. Tools like that capture a home that exists. Enviz is for the ones that don’t yet.
